1. Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship internationally? Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States.
How long will it take to receive my order? All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, transit time typically takes 5-10 business days via standard shipping.
How can I track my order? Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.
2. Payments & Security
What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Meta Pay.
Is my payment secure? Yes. Our store is built on Shopify and is Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. All your payment information is encrypted and processed securely.
3. Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receipt. The item must be in its original condition and packaging.
How do I start a return? Please contact us at support@kuras.shop with your order number. We will provide you with the return address and instructions.
When will I receive my refund? Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
4. Order Issues
Can I cancel or change my order? If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placement. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot make changes.
What if I receive a damaged item? If your item arrives damaged, please take a photo and contact us immediately at support@kuras.shop. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.
